A lighter version of our full-featured search application, TitlePoint Xpress offers property and name searching in nearly 200 counties in 15 states. Using a Web browser, TitlePoint Xpress users can construct name and property chains that include transfer deeds, mortgages, quitclaim and other records relating to real property ownership, sale and financing. Users can also open and view images of recorded documents directly from the title chain.
Workflow features in TitlePoint Xpress include the ability to open and manage title orders, perform date-downs, and print and e-mail title search packages. The integrated image viewer enables document image pan, zoom and annotation as well as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) that can convert image areas, such as property legal description, to text.
TitlePoint Xpress also serves as a stand-alone production platform for retrieving recorded document images. It allows title companies to extend their coverage to markets where a subscription to a full-service title plant may not be financially viable. For attorneys, settlement service companies and others, TitlePoint Xpress delivers a convenient and cost-effective alternative to connecting with county document image repositories to research and retrieve document images.
